Has anyone ever done injections of b complex for a duckling with bad wry neck? I have been trying oral for a few days but if anything it seems to be getting worse. I would like to avoid culling but I am seriously considering it because it’s so bad.

Its my understanding that b complex wont fix your wry neck. I had a duck with it and i dosed E and greens high in selenium. It took about 2 or 3 weeks of tube feeding before she got better. Dont forget to remove that duck from your breeding program.

Wry neck can have varying etiologies; causes that aren't related to a nutritional problem. Deficits in Thiamine (B1) and vitamin E can cause wry neck, but if you do not see improvement over a week or two with supplementation, it's possible the problem is related to something else (exp, metabolic disorders, bacterial infection, neurological damage, etc)

If you wish to continue with the B complex and give it SC, start by plucking a few feathers near the bird's interscapular region (between the wings/ on the back). Wet the area down, tent the skin, and insert a needle (22 gauge will work) bevel up, into the tent, and press the plunger. A small bulge will be noticeable afterwards, which will eventually dissipate into the subcutaneous space, and be absorbed.

sadly the little one had to be culled. He had grown so weak that by the time I got home it was kinder to end his suffering. But this information that you posted is very helpful
