Has anyone ever bothered to butcher bantams?

I have three Cochin bantams cockrels. I am not keeping them so what's your opinion? End it now or save them for a light meal?

We slaughtered three youngish half-silkie roosters a few weeks ago. They were probably a bit bigger than a full bantam. Like was said earlier. Small but very tasty...

My mille fleur cochins were surprisingly meaty. Tasted great! I say go for it.

I know someone who does. She says there is not much meat, but doable.

Like the size of Cornish hen, you can do it. I had a friend that takes all of his culled bantams to make chicken sausages out of them.
