Has anyone experienced chicks having their umbilical cord still attached after hatching. Out of 25 chicks ive had 2 like this .anyone know why ?

It happens from time to time. The chicks hatched just as they were done absorbing the yolk. I give it a little snip close to the egg shell or wherever its thin and it dries up on its own.
