Has anyone had any experience using the Super Peel for their breads?

    Well, I did it now! I ordered and received the Super Peel to transfer my breads to the baking stone that I also ordered, but didn't receive yet. Since I don't have everything I need, I haven't tried it yet. I was busy today (baking Gump bread [​IMG] ) so I looked at the instructions VERY quickly and put it aside. From the small amount of information I managed to absorb from the instructions, it looked like it could be difficult and it has me worried [​IMG]. Of course, it is impossible to judge without actually doing it. I REALLY want to be able to use this thing!

    Does anyone have any firsthand experience with this product? I should mention that I never used a peel of any kind before. Thanks for your help! [​IMG] Genie
