has anyone had any luck with this?stupid yellow dome thingy!!!!!!!!!!!

justino with them only being 5 days apart you need to raise the humidty for the last set of eggs anyway so just raise it up a little early and you should be fine. It is only a 10-20 percent raise anyway. To tell you the truth i only worry about the humidity the last couple of days and even than i do not let it bother me that bad.

You could always do it in one bator. Just increase the humidity to only the early hatching egg by placing it in a "bed" of wet paper towels and mist it. Don't let the paper towels dry out but let the main reserve run a little low, so as to keep the overall humidity of the bator lower. I have done it before and it does work. Just don't open and turn eggs on the day of egg one's hatching, it won't hurt them to skip a day.

Good luck.

I have one, "THEY TIP OVER EASY" I taped mine down.

In my opinion they are almost completely useless.

I bought one once when I was ordering other things.

Then When I had eggs in the foam Incubator and I wanted to add a few more
from a special hen I went ahead and did it.
When it was hatch time for the first batch of eggs, I put the 3 silkie eggs in the little dome
incubator then when the hatch was completed and the bigger incubator cleaned 4 days later
I put the 3 eggs back in my hovabator.

I did this twice, now it is in the attic some where.
