Has anyone seen this coloring on an EE before?

I don't recall seeing anyone post a bird like this before. This is Feisty (hopefully a she). I think she's beautiful, my husband doesn't believe she's a chicken. I can't wait to see her full grown. Does anyone have a bird colored like this? Pheasant feathers on the bottom and leopard spots up top. And to make her even more desirable, she's the sweetest bird I've ever had, loves to roost all over her mama.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but most of the ones I raise from hatchery birds end up being that color. The good news is that they sell better than the silver and white EEs.

Well you aren't really "bursting any bubble" I'm just curious to see what she's going to look like as a full grown chicken, I've never had an EE before. And who said anything about selling her?

lol in agreeing with greenfamilyfarms

A lot of ee's look similar to that. Because most people get their birds from hatcheries, and that seems to be the popular hatchery color.

But she is still pretty! Have fun with her! I love my EE's!
