Has anyone used this for bumblefoot?

I have been doing a lot of research on bumblefoot the past few days. I came across this website called urban chickens, they recommended using staphaseptic for bumblefoot, just wondering what everyones take is on it? One other question, how much do I dilute iodine tincture so as to not burn the poor ducks foot.

I am just going to try a sugar/iodine solution, I cant seem to find anymore info on this, there is another thread on here mentioning it but no one ever answered the OP question about it. I did purchase the product in case I received an answer.
