Has anyone used this solar power light for your coop?

Do an internet search on solar heater for a fish tank....somewhere I read someone used one for their chicken water to keep from freezing. Another thread on BYC has a setup with an LED light and a timer. I've messaged him back on his setup. I did find a similar charge controller that appeared in his photo and have asked him about this too. You see the charge controller I found on eBay indicates it has a timer and light senor with it, so possibly no need for an additional timer I'm not sure.
