Hatch-a-long June/July Hatching Begins

Between work and taking care of other chickens and building a bachelor coop things are crazy. I was hoping to get a photo today but time just was sucked up. I will try to get it done tomorrow. The chicks are all doing great and getting bigger already with some feathers. They are happy little chickpeas. Sounds like a bunch of shopping carts (buggies) with bad wheels in my office. Slate who was the last hatched chick is doing very well. We had to tape up it’s feet as he had the beginning it curl toe. That has worked out well thanks to all of the info we found on BYC.
