It will be cool to see your housing plan...it must be big! My quail house is 12' x 24' so could handle up to 288(ish) and I thought it was good size. Guess if you have have battery cages the space would be better utilized...

Glad to be able to get eggs to you, there definitely should be an assortment colors...quail eggs are like a box of chocolates

....We'll have to wait for the photos to see what comes out.

Got the eggs Bill, your sister is a sweetheart, I told her when she is ready to start her quail farm I will hook her up with some birds, when she found out I had pheasants her eyes lit up so I have a feeling we will be friends lol

Wish i could join in but shut down my quail production for the winter. Going to redesign my whole setup. Just remodel an old shed a couple months ago but decide that i want something bigger so going to use the winter months to try and get it all set up and running.

I just found a new egg!! I could throw it in my bator...

Quaillady... It's the first egg from the youngsters I hatched from your eggs! They are 6 weeks now, (and i'm pretty sure Stellar Surprise is a girl) woo... hoo!!

I am putting my eggs in now guys and gals

I put the eggs in I got from Bill along with 4 of my own, I have 2 gaps to fill in that tray still lol, I will look out in my pens later on to see if I have two more eggs to throw in

I have 10 eggs already in my incubator that are due to hatch around the 2nd or 3rd, I am hatching them for my uncle that has given me pigeons, chickens, and my quail cages lol, he got rid of all his quail so I told him I would drop 10 eggs in the incubator to hatch for him to get his quail started again.

I got the eggs from Bill and I CANT WAIT to find out what comes out of them lol, I am super excited to get some new blood and new color patterns here to add to my whites and tibetans.

Glad you got all the eggs set...I need to get off my hiney and do the same

60% of the eggs I sent you came from this pen (Had to use zoom..so they're not the best quality)

Tibetans, solid dark range and red range as well as dark range tux and red range tux.

55% came from this pen:

Pharaoh or wild color, Golden and Italian.

The last 5% came from my 7 week olds...don't know how viable they are..that's why I threw in the extras:

There is every color in there...since I've not separated them out into the color pens yet

Always something on my to do list....

Finally got to load our little 'bator this evening. 76 eggs are now cooking!
