I set some guinea eggs today, enough to fill up the incubator where there was space from the ones i set on the 9th. So these are a week behind the others. My first incubator has a lot of quail in it. So once those hatch on the 20th, i will clean that up and move the new eggs over there, avoiding a staggered hatch.

I will be doing a staggered hatch. I will be doing separation of the eggs in the incubator. I also have Turkey and duck eggs to go in next week.

Has anyone set one doz day and do that for three days I read it makes it easier that they arent hatching at the same time??? Setting tonight trying to bal out the humity 4 reading and 10 degree diffence The man at the incubator warehouse toldme to to dived the differnce and go with the middle gauge Ill think about it

I set 30 on Wed. I will be setting 12 tomorrow. I will be setting eggs again next week. Not sure what dates as it all depends on the day they arrive.

I ordered some hatching eggs to arrive next week. I plan to let them sit for 24 to 48 hours before putting them in the incubator. Nothing super special, just a barnyard mix to test my incubators out.
The plan is to order more eggs at the end of the month to arrive in time to set them either right at lockdown or right after the hatch.

Yes, I am a hatching addict. Anybody else planning to set eggs next week? Anybody want to keep me company and keep me off eBay? lol
:thumbsup
