Hatch-Along - Eggs set in November, due December, anyone?

Here is Hope. I don't think she is a she. She hasn't crowed yet, but is getting some possible male saddle feathers??:

Looks like a boy tail ^

Saddle feathers.

You can see the saddle feathers well here.

Up close.

She was all like: "why were you staring at my bum feathers?!?"

She was flapping here feathers when I took the photo. XDD

Hackle feathers

Hope hasn't crowed yet, but I am thinking that HE might.....

You really should have started a he/she lottery, I would give just about anything to see your face when she lays her first egg!!!!

Candyman what do you think, maybe Hope just wants to be fancy.

hahhaahaa, I would still have my vote for 'SHE'. Her overall body looks like a hen, but the combs and wattles are beginning to grow. My chicks who I think are cockerels have their red combs already.... oh let me get some pictures

Nice pics Candyman, Buffy has gone broody!!! I went to get the eggs and she was still sitting and usually I just reach under her and she gets down, this time she turned and though about pecking me, she didn't but yep I gave her 2 eggs so I'm joining the Easter hatch along and pick up those eggs Tuesday and the hatch-lings will be about the same age so I will give her what hatches and she can raise them, good plan huh

4 is definitely a roo!!! They are so BIG! Hope looks tiny compared to them!

3D Hope looked much bigger than mine in pics.. hahaa... Idk kat what do you say?

I thought 9 and 10 are Roos too? Don't you think?

My broody, the one who hatched some of these chicks is broody since 12-13 days... and its hard to break it. In the past 8-9 months this is the 5th time she has gone broody. The next time I am putting turkey eggs in there and see what happens
