Amen...I set March 1 and NOTHING yet...had to add 2 eggs to lockdown today...badly timed staggered hatch (will be more careful in the future) and since the bator had to open why not candle, right? Everyone was alive and kicking but only 1 internal pip. Ugh...SO hard to be patient! This waiting is for the birds. I REALLY hate waiting. Hurry up and do something, anything before I go insane.
Day 20 and first chick has broken shell about halfway during the night, several more starting to peep now.Day 19 of incubation of Genetic Hackle eggs from Fly Fisher, starting to hear little chirps tonight as I sit here tying Hornberg dry flies. Thankful that spring is here.
