I've never done banties, but if they're anything like standard chickens, temp seems good! If you're hearing chirping, they have internally pipped! Good news! I would think that keeping humidity @ 65% or higher would be perfect. Once a few hatch out, this will help increase humidity & more will be popping right along! Before lockdown, I had a small sponge under each air vent. I used a straw & small syringe to get HOT water in there when humidity went low. Day of lockdown, I put damp dishcloth in microwave to get hot and placed it down in one corner. That gets humidity up FAST & HIGH! I monitored it a lot! With air vents open, it's just a matter of time before humidity drops again. I stayed on top of it with a bowl full of nuked water (not boiling) as needed, drawing it up with syringe then thru straw, down onto sponges +/or cloth. My unit is a bit temperamental, so I monitor it a LOT! Just me!
