The camera autofocuses, which is SUPER nice especially when they start moving around a lot.

Lost one of the eggs, it's aircell developed off center and the chick positioned incorrectly

However, the last egg (Frodo) is internally pipped and I'm just waiting for him to come out! The egg is huge, so I think there was more room for him to grow so it is taking longer.

Nope, I checked him this morning and he'd passed. He had a very severe underbite and wouldn't have hatched naturally, so that's ok

The brooder is hoppin' with the 32 hatched chicks though!

That is a lot of different eggs in there, do you band them once they come out?

Sounds like even if he had hatched he might not have survived if he could not eat well.
Poor Frodo. Looks like no journey Mordor for him....

They won't keep their names since they aren't mine, but they were banded with their breed color so the people could tell them apart
