Here is where as they say "all the magic happens" It's not fancy but it works.

And the absolute worst picture ever taken, but you can see that there is a chick. I put the hatcher bator on the bottom shelf to keep myself from looking too much, thus resisting the urge to open it.

No, nothing. I'm starting to get nervous that nothing is pipping. I know they were alive at day 18.

It's early yet! They'll probably pip while you're asleep. They like those 3 a.m. chickie parties, LOL

Before I went to bed, there were two pips, one ameraucana and the other blue orp/buff brahma. No more chicks yet. Day 21 will start at 10 am.

Second blue orp/buff brahma has hatched, it looks black. The ameraucana is still working. No more pips.

Sara...If we lived close I'd say lets go shopping so we wouldn't just be sitting around waiting!!!!
