sorry happyhensny, I didnt see your question. I would leave them in, taking them out would cause to much harm. It wont hurt them if you keep them in for a couple days. When I first hatched some eggs I was soooooooooo anxious to take the chick out. It was still half wet! lol newbie mistake!!!! Sounds like your gonna be havin quite a few guineas! Hope ya get a good hatch rate! Im prayin I get 6 chicks out of my 8 eggs that made it to lockdown. I started out with 24 but they are shipped so I cant ask for much more.

First timer silkie sitting on 3 eggs but I thin 2 of them stopped developing for some reason. I am on day 15 can I candle again or leave them alone?

I had an egg rocking last night and it looks like it is still rocking a bit this morning too. My other hatches failed so I am so nervous!!

How long can an egg rock and move before the chick actually pips? I am getting so anxious! My mom, brother and I were practically glued to the bator last night!
