Hatch date over

So I went downstairs to check on the eggs this morning. And guess what!!??????

I heard little ducky voices!!!!!! Be 4 I left I could see 2 of them at the end of the egg. They are so close to hatching. I'm hoping they wait until I'm home. I had to go take care of the horses and goats. Then I have a doctor's appointment at 11. I hope they wait so I can take pictures.

I should of made you wait until I got home To tell you anything at all. But that would have just been mean of me.

Ok I haven't updated here in awhile. You guys should go follow three of us of the Ducks thread. We have babies on their way over there. I heard peeping and chipping this morning. Then I heard nothing. I checked about 20 minutes ago and there was nothing. Then all of a sudden, I get this

For sure for sure. I am trying to be patient but it is so hard. I think I chewed all my fingers off, not just the nails.

Well the egg with crack now has a bog enough hole that I can see the baby inside. It looked at me and peeped. Its resting now.I have one that is still moving some times and 3 I don't know what to think about. I will keep you updated how its going.

Just found this thread and I am living in a parallel universe, but with chickens under a broody. This is my first hatch. Hatch date was the 6th and had some wiggling, then.... Nothing! Was going to give up, but found hope in the form of a little tiny hole in one egg. Anyway.... We are still waiting!! It is driving me absolutely insane. I can hear peeping, but still.... No chicks.
