It’s day 18 for my eggs and I have heard no chirping or noise from them at all. My brother’s girlfriend claims she saw one move. I’m currently playing videos of quail chicks chirping.
Is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait it out?

You just have to trust that they know what they are doing. Moving eggs is a sign the chicks are moving into the right position in the egg for hatching, so they are still a day or two off hatching I'd say. 18 days is just an average. Sometimes they take longer, sometimes they hatch earlier. I've had naturally incubated Button quail eggs take longer to hatch in the middle of a heatwave! They'll hatch when they are ready so sit on those hands and try to distract yourself (pretty impossible I know). Good luck - they are adorable chicks!

Thanks for the advice :) I’m just too tired excited and my family keeps pestering me asking when they’ll hatch

Howdy Selsee:frow, @JaeG and @sourland have gave you great advice....when they do start to hatch it will be like watching popcorn pop! There may be some early starters and some late but the majority will hatch about the same time. At this point it's just a waiting game. Make sure your humidity is around 65 to 70% and temp 98 to 99.5 and DON'T open the bator until they all hatch. Best wishes for a great hatch. :jumpy

105 might be a bit high. I've also use the 99.5 average temp with great success.

They do communicate and try to hatch together though, so that could be why you haven't seen much action. They're just waiting for all to be ready!
