Adding the fans made a huge difference, along with a couple of other minor tweaks. Remind me to NEVER buy a still air incubator.

The seven that are out look healthy. I didn't candle the eggs, so I don't know if the other 3 are fertile or not. Hopefully they'll hatch so I won't have to find out afterward.

I can't remember who suggested the warmed rice in a sock for newly hatched chicks, but the chicks sure seem to love it.

I opened the last 3 and they were unfertilized. 100% hatch rate if you don't count those. Yay!
