Hatch day!

Hi everyone, I have been attempting to hatch eggs for the first time! I only am hatching 5 since this is my first time I don’t want to compromise a big hatch. It’s day 21 and the eggs are about to hatch one is pipping currently I just wanted to ask and get any and all advice for this, how long should I expect them to hatch once they have externally pipped? Thank you!

The egg hatched! I am a little worried because the butt really looks off but this is my first hatch so I’m not sure, the egg is stuck to his butt and it’s like a small thread, is this a problem??
