Congratulations! It's always so exciting to me. I filmed on just beginning to zip. It was about 6 minutes and all I could think of over and over, how awesome, the struggle for life at the very beginning.

Thank you! I have a video too that was between 5 and 6 minutes too. It is very awesome to see and it feels like I've never hatched eggs before everytime I do this hahahaha

Thirteen out of the fifteen hatched--not bad! I wanted a lot of lavenders and I got them lol

I just added 18 chicken eggs to my 61 guinea eggs, so they’ll hatch at the same time.

I only candle my eggs one time, on day 18, candling day and hatch day is exciting to me.

... Envious ... I've had my wings clipped. No hatching, this year.

I hatch out all I can, I give them away especially to people that want the pullets, I keep a few cockerels for butchering if nobody wants them, the last batch of 53, my cousin took them all, then he brought me 61 guinea eggs that I set last week, I added 18 chicken eggs to fill up the incubators today so they’ll be hatching at the same time.
I stopped hatching during hunting season, but I’m back at it, I can’t stop.
