See, chicken hatching can be EXTREMELY educational! I do think its a wonderful way to keep kids interested in learning. I don't know why more schools don't get into this kind of hands on experience... its an easy inexpensive way to keep a kids attention an create wonder.

Now if only I could take over the public educational system!! Muh Haaaaaaaa

removing the 'Auto-turner' and placing eggs on floor of the bator.

the eggs were all active while candling last night.

the colored eggs were laid by my 'mutts'. L-R and T-B are:
Jane with No Last Name (green), Sister Mary Agnes (light brown),
Half-Pint (creamy beige) and Sparrow (green).

the mutts...well, Shelleyb1969 is going to pass out if she doesn't get Sister Mary Agnes' offspring, so that chick will go to her house.
