I love Jax as a name! We had a beer brewery here in New Orleans years ago by that name.

Let me add: He would peel any boiled seafood for me, (even though I could peel them myself) especially crawfish and he could make crab claw lollypops. Yes, I was a bit spoiled.
I taught my kids to peel boiled seafood at an early age, but still peeled for them also.
Hayden will often peel crawfish for me and DD still.
