Hatched chick with red sack

HELP!!! This baby hatched this morning with some assistance at 6am this morning. The red sac was originally very moist but is now drying but the baby is doing very poorly. What can I do???

So sorry, it doesn't look good. Look up "mushy chick syndrome"

Keep it warm, dry and in a clean brooder or incubator. If infection hasn't set it, it *might* live.
