Hatched duckling

My duckling hatched at 4am its now 5 hours old and seems really tired still and camt really hold its head up, and keeps sleeping, is this ok as my other duckling was up after 2 hours

How is it doing now? Sometimes babies are a little weak for the first few hours.

So much brighter .. Its my first time so was worried but its looking good x
