We put two batches of eggs in the bator exactly 1 wk apart. Last Saturday was day 21 for the first batch and some dutifully hatched. 1 was a no go and 1 still showed life in the float test lastnight. I thought my DH had accidentally grabbed one of the second batch when he shifted the first set into the hatcher. imagine my surprise to come home to a fuzzie running around in the hatcher. If it was a second batch this would be day 18 of incubating. It's large fowlwhich Ive never had hatch before day 20 and it was a fresh egg, not stored before it went in.
