Yup! He's a New Hampshire redOnly the red looks like a for sure boy
The New Hampshire red is actually a breed of Rhode Island red that was bred for lighter colors believe it or not! After they get older they'll get lighter feathers (I've always had a hamster rooster)He looks more like a RIR to me but they do look similar so he just he weirdly dark.
