Another of my chicks hatched and I noticed the intestines/guts were sticking out. Is this okay? What should I do to help?

Can you take the chick out and get a better picture? That might not be intestines, it might be what's left of the yolk.
That looks like yolk, not intestines. Can you place it in a Tupperware container on paper towels or a soft cloth and put it back in the incubator? It needs to stay in a clean, dry place away from other chicks until it finishes absorbing its yolk. The risk is that if it ruptures all of the yolk will drain out and it will die.

I have povidone iodine. Will that work?Do you have any Betadine? You could try dripping some on it. I have pictures of one of mine, let me see if I can find them.
