Another of my chicks hatched and I noticed the intestines/guts were sticking out. Is this okay? What should I do to help?

That looks like yolk, not intestines. Can you place it in a Tupperware container on paper towels or a soft cloth and put it back in the incubator? It needs to stay in a clean, dry place away from other chicks until it finishes absorbing its yolk. The risk is that if it ruptures all of the yolk will drain out and it will die.

I just got done doing what you said. Is there anything else I should do or expect?
