I am hoping to order some new baby chooks soon and I am hoping you guys could help me out.
I am wanting a egg laying color of each. White, Dark Brown, Blue or Green. I have a breed picked out for the colored eggs and the white eggs. But I need help figuring out a good dark egg layer that can be bought off of My Pet Chicken. Should I go with Silver Cuckoo Marans or a Welsummer? In your experiences what breed laid you the darkest egg from a hatchery?
And also does anyone have any pictures of their dark eggs from a hatchery?
And also, can you share pictures of your easter eggers you got from a hatchery (MPC in particular).
