That's a Blue Silkie. The sorter either made a mistake (sometimes the blues are very light) or substituted.

If I breed him to my white silkie will some chicks be white, and I now have 3 blue silkies, yay

They could be, if he he's hiding white genes. When you breed a white Silkie to another color, what you'll likely get are a whole bunch of surprises. White Silkies are recessive, so basically the white is just masking whatever color they really are. Does that make sense?

Yes it does make sense, will he pass the single comb with the chicks though

It's very possible that he will, especially if your other Silkies a carry a gene for single combs (which is likely if they all came from a hatchery). But, lots of people like to buy them, even if they don't meet the SOP. Just cull very hard for single combs, which will be obvious as soon as the chicks hatch. Sell them as pet quality yard art and eventually replace your rooster with one that has a proper walnut comb. Or, start your little Silkie flock over with some birds from a breeder. I've been breeding them for a while, and I've never seen a single comb from my birds. I've gotten some weird colors, and recently a chick that is rumpless (still trying to figure that one out), but never an off comb.

That appears to be a "pure" silkie, just a hatchery quality one.

What about bearded silkies, some of my silkies have beards like my other blues, but my white does not and one of my buffs does not, but my other buff does? Is that good or bad
