I ordered from Cackle a couple of weeks ago. I am totally freaked out by the lack of communication. I have an order # and cannot get anyone on the phone. Can't get an answer to an e-mail. Is this to be expected? Business as usual? I am new to this world of chicken raising. Today they posted a msg. hinting about delays. To be honest, I am worried that a delay that is weeks and weeks long will mess up my plans. I have a wedding to go to and a trusted chicken sitter. HOWEVER, I never planned to leave this person with a high maintenance clutch of new chicks. Any thoughts?
