Many hatcheries sell out of silkies early in the season. You usually need to order pretty early to find some most years.

I ordered some from Cackle Hatchery and they arrived today! I had to order them about a month in advance, but it was worth the wait. All happy and look healthy

I older from the same Hatchery on 6/15/18 . Thery keeping saying a enough didn't hatched. This happen 2 time so did this happen to u be for u got yours

Have you looked on your local craigslist? Sometimes I'm surprised what I find there!

You may have to settle for something else aside from a silkie until next spring. Have you considered a bantam or two? I'm assuming you're looking for one because you have a single that needs company. If so, that's why many here recommend purchasing in threes vice twos...

I ordered on 6/13/2018 and they gave me a ship date of 7/09/2013,
about a week later they sent me a corrected ship date of 07/11/2013.
