Hatching 11-13-09..anyone else?

Thanks Kelly. I'm thinking I may just let a mama hen do the incubating for a while. I think I'm gonna throw the bator in the attic so I wont be tempted to use it again till spring at least. I may try again then with local bought fertilized eggs. Maybe that would give me better odds. I am glad that I finally got an ee but I'm not real sure what to do for his leg. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate them.
 
Are you near me? I forget. I have a cockeral that I'm planning on keeping, so once he's mating age, I'd be happy to give you some eggs if you are close by.


Look in Speckledhen's thread in the chick section about the pocket pooper. I saw some different ideas in there for leg splints.
 
I finally made it back after being sick. I have 27 total babies from my hatch, plus 25 Ideal chicks arrived today.
