Congratulations on the growing babies! It's so exciting when you first see that and know for sure. From what I understand when it comes to detached air cells the benefit of putting them on their side is really for the hatch. I had one completely correct itself after about 2weeks, it wasnt budging at all when I candled so I put it on its side for not even 24hours and it turned into a saddle cell! So in my opinion I would leave them in the carton during incubation and then if its totally sable when u candle for lockdown then put em on their side for hatch.
