hatching a chick...Help!

I have been incubating 4 eggs for my pre-k class. After candling them I saw that only 1 has a chick in it. It was due to hatch today and when I got up this morning I noticed it moving. Its has been moving around all day but hasn't even poked a hole yet. Should I help it out?? If it doesn't make it I will have 22 very disappointed 4 year olds. What do I do??
