Have you checked out this thread? Lots of people there to discuss how best to use that incubator. CluckNDoodle started that thread and she is absolutely amazing at successfully hatching eggs. You might look through her thread and then post some of your troubleshooting steps to the thread and see if CluckNDoodle and other incubators can help with your incubator.

Thank you so much for helping me with the keets. This one passed this morning. I didn't see it eat at all, so I think it starved. I was syringe feeding it, and it just never pulled through.

Yeah. I did not even cry. I mean, only a few years when I buried it.
