I "think" the bigger one is a full mille fleur d'uccle although I have never had one with such distinct stripes. At the very least it is a d'uccle X golden lakenvelder. The other one is a serama X of some kind. Mom is black mottled - no clue on dad since the coloring doesn't make any sense. Here is a picture of all four that hatched:

The other two should be pure for d'uccle from the way they are colored.

Here's a pic of the millie babies my hen hatched a few months ago, they had pretty good stripes too.

ETA: The bigger one does look like the lakenvelder chick I hatched the other day by the way.
