hatching chicken eggs

HI there. hatching my own chicken eggs on my last eggs before I put in new ones but the five that I had only one has hatched the other just was bad or they fully developed and died have one more to go. the 7th was 21 days what should I do

Throw it out, its dead, sorry.
Before you try again, make sure your incubator is telling you the right temperature and humidity.
