Hatching chicks and ducklings together?

I put another 7 bantam eggs in, on Friday night, I'm not sure, what they are tho, it's a light light blue egg, and the guy called them german somrthings, I'm not sure, but that means there is 20 chicken eggs and 1 duck egg hatching on the 22nd and 8 geese eggs hatching on the 30th I'm hoping for at least 2 geese to hatch, hopefully a boy and a girl, but what are the odds of that happening

I just candled them, and Out of the 8 geese eggs, 5 of them are growing, and the 1 duck egg I saw it moving quite a bit! But I'm not sure about the chicken eggs, I'm not sure, I've hatched chicken eggs for about 5 years in a row now and Ive become quite good at candelling them but it looks like the have developed veins, ( a lot of them have),around the air sac but it looks like there I a blackish sort of area, that moves around, what does this mean, are they all dead ?

can you send a pic? Could it be bacteria inside?

I I'm in bed at the minute so I will put a pic up tomorrow sorry, but I'm not sure, when I borrowed it of my friend, there was a few bits of shell etc from past hatches, but I cleaned it out quite well so I'm not sure :/ !


And were your ducks meant to hatch sometime soon, how are they doing ?

OH my hatching is a complete mess right Now, i got two out, lost two in the shell, one I thought was dead HE's NOT, one is struggling to walk, one is in a cup and one has interenally pipped but I made him a safe hole. AHHHHH I'm going CRAZY

Sorry for your loss, hoepfully the one in the cup will get better, what wrong with him? Did the one that can't walk have trouble getting out? And keep me updated on the one that pipped

he's in a cup because he hasn't quite finished absorbing, Yes, the one that's not walking yet, has a bunch of gooy stuff covering his belly button, I had to clean it off otherwise I don't think he would have made it. I did end up losing another, it was the one I thought was dead, well he's dead now. LOL, not sure what his issue was, he looked fine one minute the next gone.
