I have a guy that wants me to hatch some eggs for him but I have no Idea what to charge him? What is a good price?

i charge a 1.00 per egg that hatches. some charge 1.00 per egg. some hatch on the shares.

Are they his eggs or yours? You have to cover your electric bill.

a guy in our area does it for 1.00 per egg that hatches, I thought it was a pretty good deal but I would probably charge more myself. (If I were any good at it!)

What species? Keep in mind that if they something besides chickens they take longer to hatch and therefore require more electricity. Maybe you can tell him that you'll hatch them in exchange for a bag of feed.

you should charge him at least 1.00dollars for each eggs, after all that's your power bill. and maybe you can asking him for some fresh chicken meat.

Are you going to be brooding them as well? That's a lot of electricity added to the incubator costs.
What kind of chicks? Some are more difficult then others.
Who is supplying the eggs and what is their track record on viability?

Even more inportant, allow for your time.

And... what are they feeding them? If they are not getting good rations (scratch and no/little breeder pellet) then fertility will not be as good.
