The yolk and blood aren't as alarming to me as the intestines on the outside of him. I think the best thing you can do for that little one is put it out of its misery...I had a chick hatch with yolk and blood and he has guts coming out were his umbilical stump should be, he walks and peeps just fine. Is there a way that he can live

Agreed.depends on what you call "guts." one of my birds hatched late with a few strings of goo coming from a not yet closed abdomen. i kept him an extra day alone in the incubator and he was fine. but if you really mean GUTS then the best would be to cull.
