I'm sure Bouncer will feel like you are disowning him for awhile. It's only normal, it will force him to take up with the other lings. He will love you more in the end, when he realizes he is a duck. Right now he thinks he is a Yorki. Gotta love that Bouncer.

Have a good day Lucy

It has to happen though .....10 Poopers and Bouncer is way too much mess in my house...The shavings and Duck stink is getting a bit crazy.....

Not sure who will be sadder?....Bouncer or Lucy?.....;)

I will post some pictures after they are all moved out to the new brooder......

I moved mine out at 10 days last Feb. Hubs got tired of the smell drifting thru the house. He's not a feathered friend, just puts up with them. They are about as messy as they are cute. Please post pics only if you are up to it. We all love ling pics. And of course we need our Bouncer fill

Yes, My Husband is not a total Duck lover, Only Bouncer...And do not get me started about Chickens!......He likes those even less....Hence my Name, chickens really.....lol....That's what he said when I first was wanting Chickens.....No more Chickens though....Sell my flock to make room for more Ducks!!!....;)

Yep, he was happy to build the brooder so I can get them all out to the garage.....My hubby thinks I am crazy.....lol

I tossed my Broody Hen and her two Chicks out into the coop yesterday...She started laying eggs again and is losing interest in her Chicks....they are all doing great...no one picks on her or the Chicks....it's like she never left and the chicks have been there the whole time.....

Glad that went as well as it did!.........

I admit sometimes I agree with the men. There are times even I think I've lost my mind. But then go out and sit with the ducks and geese and forget everything. Such a mental release.
