What were your temp and humidity for the first 25 days?First timer! Hope I’m in the correct forum to post. What if my humidity level in my homemade Styrofoam cooler is fluctuating from 60 to 75%? I believe the eggs are at the point of not turning and waiting for them to pop? I’m clueless this is first time with eggs.
98 temp not sure about humidity first few weeks didn’t have gauge for humidity no fanWhat were your temp and humidity for the first 25 days?
Does your incubator have a fan?
If they've been incubating at 98 degrees, that's a bit low for a still air (no fan) incubator - optimally, those should run at about 101.5. The hatch may be delayed due to the lower temps. You should definitely consider getting a hygrometer to measure humidity for future hatches because proper humidity makes a difference.98 temp not sure about humidity first few weeks didn’t have gauge for humidity no fan
Well humidity and temperature is detrimental in hatching so depending on what it was at during setting will determine the outcome..Best wishes.
I had one duck hatch tonight. How long can it stay in the incubator with all the other eggs?
