hatching duckling eggs help!

I have 10 Cayuga duck eggs I have been incubating and today is day 28. They all are pipping through but the membranes are turning brown! What does that mean?

What is your humidity at? Are they still moving around? I have no experience either wish I could help but I can try and brainstorm!

Honestly it sounds like the membranes might be dry
Do they seem stuck in the egg? Is the humidity high? I googled it and it could be a sign of the membranes dried .

Hello! I am curious about this too, I have ducklings cracking shells, but am afraid they are not moist enough.
Could they be misted in this stage?

What's the humidity at?...Are you opening the incubator?....Humidity at 65 and vents open...Do not assist yet...

Light browning happens as a bit of shell falls off...It does not interfere with the internal membrane...Do not get panicked now...

I see no visible indications the Duckling was ready yet...No Bill....

How long ago did they pip externally? If they are still active/noisy, no worry, just give more time. I see your post is from this morning. How are they doing now?
