Hatching ducklings question!

My ducklings have external pipped 24 hours ago. All except one hasn’t made much progress... should I be concerned? Shouldn’t they already be out of their shells?

Well yes, how long have they been in the incubator?

These are eggs that my duck abandoned... so I don’t know what day they are on.

Two days ago they were internally pipping
Yesterday they externally pipped.
It looks like some started to zip yesterday but no progress now.
Today one is currently still in the process of hatching
