I just received my Cayuga Duck eggs. I have never hatched ducks before. Do I need to let them sit for 24 hours before I put them in the incubator?

I would recommend leaving them out, air cell up, for 24 hours before incubation. I found that many of the duck eggs I've received had broken air cells, which ended up costing me the duckling eventually. Letting them sit allows the air cell to regroup some and increases your chance of the eggs hatching. Duck eggs don't travel as well as chicken eggs, as far as I can tell. Good luck!
