Hatching Eggs information sheet for Shipped eggs

I finally have my NPIP certification and I will be shipping eggs here soon. I am planning on adding instructions to help with hatch rates, but I am wondering what others think would be good to add in my information sheet? What things have you liked when you got shipped eggs. What made the breeder stand out to you.

I always liked a personal note sent, it made it feel more “inviting”. Just a thank you, and a please consider ordering from us in the future always stood out for me. I also appreciated instructions for letting the eggs settle for x amount of hours before setting.

I like the breeder that I got mine from off of ebay and he does give instruction's on letting them sit for 24 hour's pointy side down in an egg carton before adding them to your incubator.
