I have thought about it.... not sure what you would get.  The Blue Egg gene is dominate, I don't know about the dark egg genes.  One day I would like to cross a SBEL with a Marans.  Might be interesting

Mine are 3 months old and sound like the sme color as your SBEL...Can't wait for my WM and WA from you are old enough to meet Colonel Sanders the WM roo...Wheaten Olive Eggers!
